Sacramento, CA –California's April 'Welcome To Our World' (W.O.W.) in Sacramento has become one of the most popular annual lobbying 'traditions' for California legislators and regulators. Hosted on the south steps of the Capitol building, this year's 11th annual WOW event served up salon/spa services, canapés, and conversation for 4 hours to nearly 300 legislators, staffers, administration and state board officials, and beauty industry VIPs. See photos.

Hosted by the Professional Beauty Federation of California (PBFC) and its industry sponsors, the W.O.W. event has been a relevant and critical awareness-building tool helping to educate state policymakers and regulators on the current issues of concern to the beauty industry in the state.
